WhatsApp Messenger Beta released for 4.0 ICS Android devices

WhatsApp Messenger Beta released for 4.0 ICS Android devices

The Popular cross-platform messenger service WhatsApp has released a new interface for Android phones having 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and above OS.  Now the WhatApp sports a new look and it conforms to the Holo guidelines that the ICS and Jelly Bean Phones have.

As of now the company has not released the update on Google Play but the beta version is available as a APK file for download.

The Screen shots of the latest UI of WhatsApp are given below

You can get the official APK, though not released yet on Google Play by going to the WhatsApps site here.  The trial period lasts for a year, with a $.99 service charge per year after that - those who have already paid will not be re-charged for using the beta.

Please try the new UI out and post your comments.
