Reports coming in from IBT and iDigitaltimes confirm that Google is indeed going to release Jelly Bean updated for Android in the month February 2013. The new release of Android, 4.2.2. is said to fix some bugs in the 4.2.1 release.
Jelly Bean has not been as popular with users as Ice Cream Sandwich and the main reason given for that are the bugs in Jelly Bean. However Google Labs are reported to secretly testing the new update since 1st Feb, 2013 preparing for its release as soon as testing is complete, say within 15 days.
Last November, Google released Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1, and, since then, rumors have been flying about an update to fix some of the very annoying bugs present in Android 4.2.1. While Google actually unveiled Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at last year's annual I/O developers conference, many Android users couldn't actually adopt the new mobile OS immediately. The adoption rate for Android Jelly Bean didn't really pick up until Google released the Nexus 4 and Nexus 10 in November, along with Android 4.2, and Jelly Bean usage has risen 10.2 percent since then.

One of the main issues faced by Jelly Bean 4.2.1. users was Bluetooth streaming on Nexus 7, which has caused the device to stutter. Google reps have said the issue will be fixed in "the next release," which is probably Android 4.2.2.
Hope to get the release by Feb end, please post your comments on this article.
