Tapbots yesterday released a update for its popular program 'Tweetbot' for iOS. Though this third party client for Twitter is priced at $2.99 (Rs.220.00) it is very popular among the users. The update enables the app to support in-line image previews for Flickr and Vine and adds support for Chrome and 1Password.
This update enables the users to use the App to load and view images and videos directly in the App rather than open a separate page for it. The update App now has native support for output through AirPlay and lets users view the videos in full screen. As of now without the update it is a long drawn process to access the new Twitter features like cards, Vine etc.
Tweetbot now supports Flickr as well with the photos from the website shown in line when you open a Tweet in the App. The App will also gives users option to go to Flickr’s website and view the original image, copy the picture, or even share the link. The same can be done with Vine videos too.Besides adding in-line images and video features, Tweetbot now supports Google Chrome’s iOS browser, meaning you can choose to open an external link from within the app in Safari, Chrome or 1Password.
You can download the Tweetbot here from Apple Store
Please post your comments on this App.
